- I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. My family immigrated from Vietnam and has been here ever since! Chicago never gets old – there are always so many things to do, and so many places to see! I love exploring the city, going on walks, and trying new foods with my friends & family!
- Tigers are my favorite animal! Growing up, my family alway used to compare me to a tiger. This was comprised of a few factors – one being because it’s my Chinese zodiac sign, and another being that I am quite strong-willed and determined. Tigers signify dignity, ferocity and courage so I take pride in this!
- I practiced taekwondo when I was younger and won several competitions!
- I’ve been friends with the same group of friends since the 7th grade (over 10+ years now)! We’ve been supporting each other through endeavor and I can’t imagine myself coming this far in life without them. We are all from the same town and went to high school together – the rest is history
- My favorite movie is Grease! My favorite TV show series of all time is Desperate Housewives and Friends.
- I’ve never broken any bones – though, I have fractured both of my ankles.
- Christmas is my favorite holiday.
- I am left handed! Yep – for most of my life, I have endured the infamous pencil smearing on my hand for as long as I could remember.
- I won a spelling bee in the 6th grade!
- I met Pope Francis on study abroad trip in Italy, and even went to his vacation home at Castel Gandolfo! This trip was one of my most life-changing experiences thus far.
